To Whom it May Concern,
I’m writing this letter, in support of Hannah Self’s continued development, within football.
This season, I have had the privilege (and relished every second) of coaching Hannah, whilst
she has represented Surrey County Girls U12s. She has not only proven to be a fantastic footballer,
but Hannah has also shown she is a fantastic ambassador for her county and community.
We’ve been fortunate in the fact that Hannah has been such a reliable member of the team,
in both training and matches – in which her outstanding ability really drives the performance of our
team’s standards.
In terms of technical attributes, it’s a joy to watch Hannah at her very best; with her lighting
speed, closer-control, ability to skip past a player accompanied with her range of passing – in which I
personally believe she genuinely fits the mould of a modern-day footballer.
From a social aspect, Hannah is a polite, well-mannered, and coachable player. In which she
is highly regarded by both her peers and coaches.
Hannah has been nothing short of exemplary, whilst being part of Surrey County Girls. On
top of representing the County, she has managed to do this whilst juggling playing for a JPL (Junior
Premier League), training with a leading ETC (Emerging Talent Centre) setup and gaining sporting
awards/recognition, within her first year of secondary school.
I have no doubt Hannah will flourish, wherever she is given the opportunity, and will be
shining light within any institute she’s part of.
Yours Sincerely,
Ayulie Dabor

August 29th 2023My name is Nick Terry, I am the head of Girls DevelopmentFootball within Windlesham United FC.
I have personally played and coached both mixed and Girl’sfootball for over 35 years. The last 15 years I have dedicated myself to grassroots football, with the last four years concentrating my efforts on developing and advancing the pyramid to adultfootball.
Hannah is a member of our U12 Lionesses. As a grass rootsfootball coach we are blessed with having the opportunity to develop, harness and share our knowledge. In the course of time we meet what we can only refer to as certain players that we believe not only possess the technical ability but also the mental strength and character to make football a career choice.
It is my belief that Hannah possesses all these attributes.Hannah listens intently, understands the game, and knows even at a young age exactly what she should be doing, her movement both with and without the ball is both amazing to watch but also a testament to how hard she works. Hannah is always looking to make the right pass and always makes herself available to receive a pass, whilst all these attributes can of course be taught to any budding footballer it is those that have this as an instinct that when in possession of the football, everything seems so easy that so often go onto become a player that succeeds into the ranks of professional football.
As a person and a footballer, I cannot recommend Hannahenough. Hannah is hard working, polite, punctual, and determined to excel in everything she does.
If you require any further information or would like to viewthe stats that we retain on record of Hannah for the past season I am happy to share. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this short statement.
For and on behalf of Windlesham United Girls FC.

Throughout her time playing for the Woking District GirlsFootball Team, Hannah has always shown a high ability in football.
Hannah has been involved in the District Squad since Octoberthis year. She has made just over 20 appearances to date and has become an integral part of the main squad and their achievements this season.
Hannah has excellent technical ability for her age, and sheis an exceptionally quick and diligent player, with a lot of pace and endurance, who we predominantly play wide right or up front. Hannah has a fantastic ability to run at players and her passing and control in tight areas is also excellent. She is now applying a much greater tactical awareness to her general play both when attacking and defending.
Hannah attends training every week and is extremely wellorganized for all sessions. She is a tremendously attentive listener and, despite her obvious talent, is still fully committed to improving further and she learns new skills quickly, taking on board everything you ask her to do! Furthermore, she has a high regard for others which is exemplified through her sportsmanship and fair play on and off the pitch.
Hannah is a lovely girl and a sporting prodigy, who alwaysdemonstrates positive values - it has been an honour having her with our squad. I undoubtedly believe she will go far in the sporting world if given the opportunity. She is a great ambassador for the Woking Girls District Squad and when representing her school, Bisley, with us.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you requirefurther information or should you wish to see her play or train for Woking District this season.
